We have OCEANFRONT rooms that are on the second level and you need to climb stairs to get to those rooms.  The streetfront rooms are at parking lot level.  All the rooms have showers, no bathtubs.  Most all the rooms have ceiling fans.  The bathrooms are tiled.  The oceanfront rooms are carpet and the streetfront rooms are a combination of carpet and tile.

We have oceanfront rooms with two double beds.  The rooms have refrigerators, microwave ovens, cable TV, heat and air conditioning.  Our cable TV gets about 60 channels including ESPN1 and 2.  The rooms can accomodate up to 4 adults.

We have three oceanfront rooms that have one queen size bed.  These rooms also have refrigerators, microwave ovens, heat and air conditioning and cable TV.  We can put a roll-away bed in these rooms to accomodate one child.

Our streetfront rooms are smaller than the oceanfront rooms and only have 1 double bed.  We have 5 streetfront rooms  We also have 1 streetfront room that has a double bed and a single bed.  Most of the streetfront rooms have the same ameniteies as the oceanfront rooms
