Above is a view of the front of the Motel from the Office.  The Office is across the street from the Motel.  Below is a view of the Oceanfront side of the Motel looking at it from the sundeck.

This is our sundeck.  There are picnic tables, an outside shower and direct access to the beach.  You can see from one end of Topsail Island to the other from here.
